Yes, 5 am is my go to time. I usually go to 8-9 am on Sat. About 5 times per year, I go to the ladies lunch class. They are very welcoming even though I’m a gross boy!
Motivation = multifactorial. Mostly to be healthy and fit. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere that still has a competitive edge. Coaches are knowledgeable and awesome!
