Short term goal (May 2015)=1. looking for more gains in flexibility; 2. Push myself to Rx whenever possible; 3. Double unders!

Long term goal= 1.  improve Olympic lifting form and technique; 2. Gymnastics movement

Interesting fact = Jupiter,  largest planet in our solar system is so big that over 1,000 Earths could fit inside it!

Yes, 5 am is my go to time. I usually go to 8-9 am on Sat. About 5 times per year, I go to the ladies lunch class. They are very welcoming even though I’m a gross boy!

Motivation = multifactorial. Mostly to be healthy and fit. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere    that still has a competitive edge. Coaches are knowledgeable and awesome!
