  1. Today was really tough for me, I was on the band for the pull ups and did the weight at 105 until round 9 then worrying about time, I stripped it to 95 lbs and completed in 38:10. I can’t remember what I did this in before, but I was definitely off.

  2. Damn this Wod is tough. 3 minutes slower than last time. 23:32. Should have waited for the 6 30 class so Pitts could have made me go faster! lol
