I want everyone one to welcome Aimee to GSCF. Aimee made huge progressions through foundations. She stuck to a strict regimen of mobility for 10 to 15 minutes before each session, which dramatically improved her mobility and squat form.
By the end of the sessions she went from a 85lb 3 rep deadlift to a 165lb 1 rep and did extremely well on “Fight Gone Bad”, 2 reps shy of a 200. I am really excited to see where her natural competitiveness and her athletic background will take her here.
