I’m a mom of two awesome boys ages 9 and 11 who live and breathe sports all year long. There is nothing better than watching your own kids kick ass in their games. Nothing. 🙂

Motivation:
I had back surgery and needed a way to strengthen and maintain a strong core. My doctor told me I wouldn’t be walking by age 50 if I didn’t strengthen my core. Unfortunately, 50 is only a few years away for me!
