Angela May 14, 2013 at 12:17 pm Today was really tough for me, I was on the band for the pull ups and did the weight at 105 until round 9 then worrying about time, I stripped it to 95 lbs and completed in 38:10. I can’t remember what I did this in before, but I was definitely off. Reply

WOD – 30:14, as RX’d (technically, it was 108# for the C&J).
