    Today I did OTM for 10 minutes 2 squat cleans the first 5 rnds were at 110# then 115# for second half. Then I did Monday’s WOD the 30 WB’s and 15 hang cleans Rx’d 8:27 plus 15 burpees to make it a 10 minute WOD.
