This will be an ongoing blog everyday. I am going to add links etc. to help you out. To start be honest and put down what you ate. I am going to do this too!
Here is the CF Journal Meal plan entry that explains the zone and provides a cheat sheet on how to use it.
8:00AM – Smoothie (peanut butter, banana, almond milk, protein powder)
12:30PM – Salad (lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, sweet onion dressing)
4:00PM – 1/2 Clif builder bar
6:00PM – Other 1/2 Clif builder bar
7:30PM – Stuffed sweet potato with kale and cannellini beans. 2 oreos (yeah yeah… I know.)
Breakfast – Banana, D&D Coffee Roll(so tasty)
Snack – Greek Yogurt, Pear
Lunch – Ham, Turkey, Cheese on Flax Seed Pita
Snack – Granola Bar
Dinner – Chicken Breast, 1.5 Red Peppers, 3 Mushrooms, Ear of Corn, all grilled.
Dessert – Half a Piece of Chocolate Cake.
While Digging a Hole in the Basement – 4 Bud Lights.
