Blueberry cobbler ( paleo)
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cup Almond meal
4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 tbs honey or agave

Place 2 cups of fresh blueberries in a pie dish. Place the remaining 2 cups and place them in a small sauce pan. Smash the ones in the sauce pan with a fork. Make a big soupy mess. Add 1/4 cup almond meal, 3 tbs cinnamon and 3 tbs honey. Stir well. Cook on a low heat for 5 min continuously stirring.Meanwhile in a separate bowl stir together remaining almond meal,cinnamon and pecans. Add remaining honey . Cut in coconut oil to make a breadcrumb like mixture.
Pour heated mixture over blueberries in the pan. Covering them completely. Sprinkle almond/ pecan mixture over the top. Covering the entire pan.Bake at 415for 12-18 min or in till bubbly and browned on top. YUMMY…..
