Angela May 7, 2013 at 3:40 pm 24:00 @ 95 – I think this is the first time I’ve gotten the hang clean at 95lbs, I did the first 5 without dropping the bar. I am getting better at the form, I realize finally what I have been doing wrong. Bring on the hang cleans! Reply
