Bekah April 17, 2013 at 10:16 am I like it when people post, makes me feel like we worked out together! Back squat – went for 245, failed twice. Heaviest rep was 225. Max is 235. Clean complex – 105#. WOD – 12:04. Double unders, pistols w/ hand on box, 95# push press. Reply
