  1. Good workout. My du are getting better. I got to three in a row. It is not many, but it is more than I could do last time. Also, Bailey is an awesome coach!!

  2. OHS @65 – Need to keep my arms locked out as I get tired

    Box jumps 12 unbroken x 10 – 9:54 (next time aiming for under 9 minutes)
    DU practice, again, I think I got a few and finally feeling it in my shoulders – practice again today
