    This should say Clean Pull + Hang Clean. 5 sets of 2+1. So two pulls off the ground for every clean.

    This is a fantastic practice exercise for building the movement and strength for heavier cleans!

    Thrusters are for the second part of the workout only. 7 min AMRAP.
