Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 wall-ball shots
200 single-unders

  1. I don’t want to hear anyone getting discouraged by this. You have until Monday night to get that muscle-up. That’s four days. The coaches are here to help you.

    Open gym as always on Saturday and maybe we can get some open time Sunday for you guys and girls to come in and work it out.

    The Fitness Open has just challenged you to get better, will you answer the call or not?! Let’s get after it boys and girls, you can do this!
