Coaching Note: Okay so we basically have 3 different sprints mixed together. So how to attack it? If you were to do each section on there own, you would go all out with foot on the gas. Now given you have a 5 minute rest between sections you basically can still do this. Just take it down a notch a bit. Have fun!!!
