Conditioning: 1 Time through – 1 min max work/ :30 rest

Wall Balls 30/20

Burpees

Push-ups

Pull-ups

**Push yourselves during the minute, it is just one time through give it all you got. Maintain good form throughout, quality over quantity always!

 

Gymnastics: Weighted ring dips 3xFail

 

Olympic Lifting:

Complex x3 @ Heavy (~80%) – High Hang Clean, Low Hang Clean, Clean, Push Press, Push Jerk
