- Top Male and Female athletes will receive 5.11 Tactical plate carrier
- Both Rx divisions will be run un-segmented, meaning workout will be completed in order
- Rx does not wear vest
- Rx+ is BYOV and required to wear a vest, must be weighed and inspected at check in
- Teens and Scaled Divisions will be segmented workouts as follows:
– 1 mile run
10 rounds of the following:
– 10 pullup or ring rows
– 20 push ups
– 30 air squats
– 1 mile run
