    Back squat: 145 [no PR – I failed at 155, but I hope to get there soon!]

    20 pistols [green band]
    10 push presses [65 lbs]

    I didn’t PR on the back squat as my knee is tender at the least so 195 lbs (215 is my max)

    150 singles
    20 pistols on box and black band
    10 push press @ 95lbs – those were tough but able to do 5 and 5

    I like it when people post, makes me feel like we worked out together!

    Back squat – went for 245, failed twice. Heaviest rep was 225. Max is 235.

    Clean complex – 105#.

    WOD – 12:04. Double unders, pistols w/ hand on box, 95# push press.
