    I chose to run the 5k route. Time: 39 minutes. Legs felt like lead until about the 2 mile mark!!

    Worked on the T2b flexibility on the bar with knees and kipping and on the floor.
    Odd – 6-8 ring dips – working on full motion

    Running is out today because of knee bothering me but I’ll be back next week running, I hope!
