    Time to keep track online again. My poor notebook can’t keep up.

    1. Front squat (three reps) – 125, 135, 145, 155, 165.

    2. OH Squat (five reps) – 85, 95, 105.

    3. Clean and Jerk – 120#.

    4. Snatch – 95#.
