I think my first wod was Little Nancy, though don’t remember doing it.
Short term and long term goals are to keep improving.
Fact about me is that my family live with me along with 4 cats and 2 Siberian huskies. I don’t know if you consider that interesting.
I go to the 4:30 class.
My motivations for going are stress management and anti-aging.
Next month will be my 1 year anniversary doing Crossfit. Love it!
