This week we are going to start a 6 week cycle of goat work with our Olympic lifts. Every Thursday will be focused solely on improving our Olympic lifting. I highly suggest if you want to get better at them show up on Thursdays.

1.15 minutes to work up to 1RM clean and jerk

2. 8 minute AMRAP

20 DU’s
20 pistols
10 push jerks (135/95)

3. no rest
1 min ME bar facing burpees
