A fundamental class that is built upon the correction of dysfunctional movement patterns using musculosystematic engineering to clean up and enhance neuromuscular pathways so that the body restores proper function. Musculosystematics employs an omni-muscular involvement approach to human movement, so that every action, is done as safely and effectively as possible. Classes will focus on developing healthy joint congruency by creating the space and strength to support structural positioning and range of motion, as well as trunk training to promote postural integrity. This class will be challenging in very different ways than ever experienced but adaptable to any fitness level or injury history and will not only prepare you to move better, feel better and perform better than ever before, but it will provide you lifelong tools that can be applied far beyond the walls of the gym. This class is for EVERYONE! Whether you suffer from injury, need rehab, or are looking to hone your performance, this is the answer! Movement classes are held every Thursday at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.

Every Saturday at 9:30am for 30min we hold New Hampshire’s only guided and professionally dedicated movement specific class. We dedicate the half hour or so to help you learn how to improve body functionality by giving you the tools to work on. Each week the class is geared towards the movements of the coming week and preparing movement for them to ensure the highest possible health for our members.
