1. Weighted Box jumps
10×2

2. Bulgarian split squats
3×10-12 reps

3. 1-10 clean and jerks (155/105)
followed by one round of cindy
for time!

    1. Box jumps – 20# for the first half, 30# for the second.

    2. Split squats – 30#.

    3. WOD – 34:33. 105# for the cleans, partial kips.
