Home to New England’s first, largest and only annual Murph competition open to all Rx, Scaled, Masters and Teens! Come join us every Memorial day for this exciting event where all proceeds go towards Charity great food, vendors and Sponsors. Even as a spectator take part in mini-games, raffles and many more fun opportunities set up around the venue and enjoy the awesome event! This truly is a gathering for a great cause and we want you to bring your whole family for a day of celebration!

Top 10 in each division receive prizes!  Cash prizes and brand new 5.11 Tactical vests for top finishers!  This is a BYOV (Bring Your Own Vest) event for those who plan on wearing them. Please see below for more details.

Competitors entry fee covers the following:

Top 10 finishers from each division will receive prizes:

  • Top Male and Female athletes will receive 5.11 Tactical plate carrier along with winnings
  • Both Rx divisions will be run un-segmented, meaning workout will be completed in order
  • Rx does not wear vest
  • Rx+ is BYOV and required to wear a vest, must be weighed and inspected at check in
  • Teens and Scaled Divisions will be segmented workouts as follows:

– 1 mile run

10 rounds of the following:

– 10 pullup or ring rows

– 20 push ups

– 30 air squats

– 1 mile run
